One of the things I am terrible at is asking for testimonials from my customers.

Maybe it stems from the PLR niche I’m in and the fact that most of my clients purchase my stuff so they can use that content as their own. This allows them to portray themselves as being knowledgeable in that topic. So if one of their customers happens to stumble onto my testimonial page, they may lose credibility.

Or that is just the excuse I give myself to not ask more of my customers for their honest opinion of me as a vendor or of the products of mine they just purchased.

Either way, over the past several years – I’ve been doing this since 2008, a few of my customers have sent me testimonials and I’ve included them here.

If you are a current or soon-to-be customer of mine, then please consider this an open invitation to provide me with your honest opinion – good or bad, of the products or services you have received from me. I will gladly post them here on this page and link to this page on all my other sites.

If you are considering sending me your testimonial, here are a few things to help you in what you can include. These are just suggestions so if you be you and put in whatever you want.

What did you think of the customer service?

How was the response time when you had a question?

How would you describe the videos…geared towards the beginner, intermediate or advanced learner…or do you think it appeals to all 3?

Are the videos easy to listen to (kinda entertaining) or more analytical like that of a college professor giving a lecture?

How was the overall quality of the videos…the audio clear & the video clear?

Anything else you think made your experience buying from me a good experience?

If you would like to include your website url I’d be happy to add it to the testimonial and a picture of you at around 75 to 100 pixels wide or bigger.

I first came across Steve’s work through another site some years ago.

I was really impressed but it took a long time to find him. I’m so glad I did.

Very easy to follow and you don’t get the “erm” and other pauses all over the place.

The products I bought came with copy and paste files and transcripts so you have everything right there where you need it and choices of video platforms.

I tend to sit with a notebook and my finger over the pause button but I don’t think you need to; it’s all there so if you want to get a quick revision in place maybe print the transcript and use a highlighter.

Support is the best I’ve seen.

I’m in Perth, Australia and when I’ve contacted Steve in the evening I’ll usually get a response later the same evening so I can’t ask for more.

As an example, I bought the WordPress training about six years ago and needed to come back to it when my site vanished.

I contacted Steve and he told me exactly which of the files I needed to review to get up and running quickly.

I don’t know if I would get that assistance anywhere else.

I should finish with this.

Steve has a very relaxed voice and style so he’s very easy to listen to.

That is so important when you’re learning something new.

It’s a well-worn phrase but it really does feel as if he’s looking over your shoulder.

Honestly, I would buy anything from this guy with complete confidence.

I just reviewed your PLR Video Direct membership and I have
to say that it is quite unique.

By that, I mean that it is not like most other PLR products I have seen. In particular, the Feature Video Series’ original videos are of high quality.

The problem with most PLR products is that they are
practically useless “out of the box” and require considerable reworking to render them worthy of resale.

Additionally, many of the PLR products on the market are “unrestricted” which means that within minutes of release you will see hundreds of resellers “giving” them away for $5 or so.

With PLR Video Direct these typical PLR curses are not a
problem.

Steve Dougherty is the voice of the videos and English is his first language (a big plus).

Also, the fact that more than one minisite is included makes these particularly useful.

Top that off with some much-needed restrictions on the use of the videos and you are ensured of a high-quality product that you can sell at a premium price straight out of the box.
