1. Return and Refund Window You have 7 days from the date of your original purchase to request a full refund or an exchange. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligible Products This policy applies to all digital downloads sold on PLRVD.com. Because our products are entirely digital, there are no physical items to mail back, and therefore no return shipping fees or restocking fees of any kind.
3. Refunds If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within the 7-day window.
Processing: Once your refund request is received, it will be processed promptly.
Receiving Your Funds: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (such as PayPal). Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
4. Exchanges (Mistake Purchases) If you accidentally purchased the wrong PLR package or realize you already owned the product, I am happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund. Just let me know which product you intended to buy (of equal value), and I will manually swap your digital access to the correct training material.

Effect of Refund on License Rights Important Note: If you request and receive a refund for a PLR or White-Label product, your license to use, edit, rebrand, or sell that specific content is immediately revoked. Upon refund, you must legally delete all downloaded files associated with the refunded product from your personal devices, hard drives, and servers.
